Alyse Calcagno is an associate attorney practicing business law and estate planning. She has experience representing corporations, partnerships, nonprofit organizations, and individuals on tax and business law matters including:

• business structuring and choice of entity

• shareholder and LLC operating agreements
• corporate lending transactions

In her trusts and estates practice, she advises clients regarding:

Alyse attended the American University Washington College of Law.  In law school, Alyse was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and a Student Attorney for the Community and Economic Development Law Clinic.
