Ms. Gray supports the firm’s corporate practice by preparing and filing business entity formation documents, state annual and biennial reports, trade name registrations, and business license applications.

Ms. Gray supports the firm’s trusts and estates practice by assisting with the preparation and administration of client estate planning documents and the filing of estate-planning related documents, including deeds (under the supervision of the firm’s attorneys). Ms. Gray is also a DC Notary Public.

Ms. Gray has been with the firm since 2000 and has been a corporate paralegal since 2022.
