Sam H. Roberson is the managing partner of Curtin Law Roberson Dunigan & Salans, PC.  He advises numerous area businesses across a wide variety of industries, as well as professional practices including architects, attorneys, physicians and others.  Mr. Roberson assists these clients with their general corporate and tax planning, employment matters, retirement planning and other employee benefits, and various business transactions.  Mr. Roberson provides estate, tax, and succession planning as well as other personal representation to individual clients and families. Mr. Roberson also represents individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations before the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Department of Labor, and various state and local authorities.

Mr. Roberson was recognized by Washingtonian magazine as “One of Washington’s Top Lawyers” for 2007 and 2009.  Early in his career, Mr. Roberson served as Attorney-Advisor to the Honorable Mary Ann Cohen of the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Roberson is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law, Taxation, Health Law, and Law Practice Management Sections) and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia (Taxation and Law Practice Management Sections).
