Mr. Dunigan retired from the firm’s practice in 2016.  During his 37 years with the firm, Mr. Dunigan worked closely with our corporate, financial, and individual clients regarding all aspects of real estate and business, including complex commercial real estate transactions, banking and financial transactions, business succession planning, employment matters, and a wide variety of business transactional matters, as well as estate and trust planning and administration.

Early in his career, Mr. Dunigan served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Plummer M. Shearin (Associate Judge, Montgomery County, Maryland Circuit Court), and to the Honorable Howard F. Corcoran (Senior District Judge, U.S. District Court, District of Columbia).  He also has served as an adjunct faculty member at The Catholic University School of Law.
